Refund Policy
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@sweetartcomics.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
Please understand that shipping costs are non-refundable; Sweetart Comics Emporium is a small independent business and operates on small margins to bring you affordable and original gifts.
Exchanges
Rest assured, each item is packed by hand and carefully checked before shipping. However, very occasionally items may become damaged in transit. If your item has arrived damaged and you would like an exchange, please email info@sweetartcomics.com
Non-returnable items
Custom products can not be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Incorrect Address/ Unclaimed Orders
If your order has been returned to us due to being unclaimed or incorrect address you will be responsible for repaying your own shipping costs to have your order reshipped.
