What’s your returns policy?
I want every customer to love their products as much as I’ve loved making them.
However, if you would like to return an item, please email me at the address above within 14 days of delivery and a return will be arranged for you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
– Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds will only be processed for defective items after they have been returned.
Please understand that shipping costs are non-refundable as Sweetart Comics is a small independent business and operate on small margins to bring you affordable and original gifts.
My item is faulty
Say whaat?! I’m so sorry to hear that. Each item is packed by hand, by me, and carefully checked before shipping. However, very occasionally items can become damaged during delivery. If your item has arrived damaged please email info@sweetartcomics.com
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Postage is automatically calculated at the checkout. Please note that orders outside of the EU may incur import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary. Please check the here for more information

All prices are inclusive of taxes. Sweetart Comics is not responsible for any customs charges that overseas orders may be subject to, if you would like any advice on this please contact us, or refer to your countries government website.
We are not responsible for any bank charges incurred by payments from your account.
