» When will my order be dispatched?
All regular orders are posted within 1-2 working days.
Art prints and candles are posted within 2-4 working days. This is due to the printing, signing and dating process of art prints/the candle making process.

All delivery costs are calculated at checkout but here are some guidelines:
»Cards, cotton tote bags, and unframed prints — Free
»Everything else– £2.99
»Very heavy items have a max charge of £4.50
» Flat Rate International Shipping Costs
Shipping is via Parcel Force/Hermes with tracking. All delivery costs will be shown before you complete your purchase. Here are some guidelines:
Europe £3.50
Shipping time: 5-8 Business Days
Rest of the World £5 – £7
Shipping time: 5-21 Business Days
Please Note: International orders that include framed prints or multiple dense items are charged a higher shipping rate due to the increased parcel weight.

» Sending as a Gift?
To send any Sweetart Comics products as a gift, just add the recipients address at the checkout. Add a gift message by entering it in the ‘Order Notes’ section of the final checkout page; please don’t forget to say who it’s from.
If you’re ordering a card I can hand-write that for you too, just leave your message in the ‘Order Notes’ section of the final checkout page. Please state ‘Write message in card’ or something similar.
